speak toast notifications

hi

is there a way to have all/selective toast notifications be spoken over Bluetooth

currently the only ones that do are the stock SMS app

this would be great for hands free driving, my friends use WhatsApp in place of SMS now, so I hardly get any SMS messages anymore
