Speaker phone and mic not working.

My phone wont pick up any noise on speakerphone. This also happens when i try to ask Cortana something, or trying to shazam a song. I think the microphone that picks up the sound is broken, although I haven't dropped my phone or anything. Any ideas on what to do to fix it? Phone is 925
