Speaker volume and Sound quality

How do you find the sound quality for music and the speaker volume in general, for podcasts etc.

I was reading on gsm arena that it wasn't great. I have a 520 and like the sound quality through the head phones. The speaker is also quite loud if not great quality. Which is handy for listening to podcasts especially in the car

With the 625 dropped in price I was thinking of replacing the 520 with it
