Hey everyone !
Windows Hello does not work for me on Creators Update on my Kaby lake late-2016 HP Spectre x360 Convertible.
The camera gets detected in device manager (Works in Camera app, Skype etc..) but Windows Hello cant turn it on. Settings shows the following issue:
I tried everything - reinstalling drivers, fixes documented on the internet for other cameras...but it is just impossible to get it to work. It was working perfectly before the update.
Is anybody facing (pun intended) the same issue ?
