What is your max speed with your surface ?
Mine is 4mbps download only and I have 100/10 ftth.

With my laptop I get this:

same resault with my Lumia 920. What's wrong with the surface ?

Hmmm.. that is strange. It depends on the internet speeds for provider. So asking others wouldn't give you a definite answer. There wasn't anything running in the background or any other internet usage going on? That could effect the test. How many times have you tried the surface? Also have you tried running all three devices on another wifi network and testing?

They can give me a good answer if they have the download speed more than 4mbps
There was no download running in the background. I tried the speedtest a few times on different days with a similar result. I didn't test on other wifi network though.

Hmmm. Did it use to get similar speeds as your laptop before? I wonder if there are any updates it needs. Check Updates and when you get to chance to try another wifi network.

No, the speed was like this from the first time I did a speedtest. All updates are installed. I will try on another fast wifi when I will get a chance.

On mine the first test is always about 12mbps and the ones after are around 20mbps which is what my WiFi speed should be. Upload is always the same at 2mbps

I tried to do a few speedtests in a row and the speed was always the same :/
