AlphaJax reminder

As of 3 days ago on the htc 8 x the spell it game wont open, if it does it only works long enough for 1 game to be played, have restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still having issues. it only works for a few mins then stops loading/submitting moves. this happens on both mobile network and wifi network. everything else on the phone works ie facebook, internet etc.... this is on my husbands phone and he is at his wits end about it as he is concerned games will be timed out and show as a loss and he happens to be high on the leaderboard. what else can he do to resolve this issue?
