Splashtop Personal & PC Remote Pro

I have no issue except one thing, its audio is crackling / distorted
Any of you have the same issue?
I tried using IOS, and the audio is perfect
It's clear and no lag

So I tried buying PC Remote Pro, it's not as good as the Splashtop Personal
It has no audio coming out from my phone, and it's laggy & stutter
Surely I'm wasting my money on this PC Remote Pro

No issues for me..It works great without sound or lagging problems.
