split screen and live lockscreen in wp 8.1??

Please stop with the attitude. He makes a fair point. As you can see I am a retired moderator, and his points are correct, if you have indeed posted the same question twice.

Anyway, to answer your question. No I don't believe those features are coming with 8.1.
