New SSD Drive M.2 Shows up in Drive Managment, Device Manager and BIOS. Can not format or initialize and does not show up in File explorer. HP All in one Curved. The Disk HP SSD drive Ex 900 Plus M.2

Try using an application such as PartionMagic, Minitool's Partition Wizard etc.
