Start Button not working

Start button was working, I have installed my virus software, with the correct build for Windows 10, and it still worked, restarted a few times, still working, now nothing, I can right click with the mouse and get properties etc, but nothing from the start menu.

Hoping for an answer also. Cortana and the calendar will also not work all of a sudden

Same issue - Start, Cortana and Calendar all not working.

Did sfc /scannow in CMD which found and fixed the corrupt Windows file but after a restart it came back!

Same issue - Edge won't launch. Start button doesn't respond. Notifications Panel wont respond.
Cortana won`t launch.
