start screen background picture on EVERY app?

Hey guys!

I wonder if it's somehow possible to set the background picture for every app on the start screen, also for apps with an own background like onenote, here maps, facebook, games and so on. These apps do not have the set background, but I'd like them to.

Any tips for me?

Not officially, but assuming I'm understanding you right, you would have to pick up an app like Start Perfect, Transparent Tiles (I think)

do know that apps done that way would no longer be live.
