Start Screen Background Won't Change

On Lumia 928. Anyone else having this problem?

Try turning the background image off, and then changing to another picture. I saw another post somewhere where someone said it worked.

Even tried restarting after picture change...nothing.Background still black

Figured it out, in ease of access, turn off high contrast....bingo!
