Static IP on Lumia Amber

Hi all,
Is Lumia amber allows to set up IP addresses statically ? I've Lumia 820 n 920. Got Amber update last night but I could not find any way to set up the IP statically.
Can anyone has any idea ?

It does not appear to be possible according to My Nokia Blog.

It depends on region and model.
I'm in Vietnam, 920 and 520 have this feature, my 620 doesn't.
You might have it if you flash the Amber firmware for Vietnam
