Steam on SP4 - notification popups don't scale well on Hi DPI screen
I have Steam on my Surface Pro 4 (i5/8gb in case anyone is wondering) and find that sometimes the user interface elements are too small and don't scale properly. Conversely on some games within Steam (e.g. Cities Skylines) it doesn't scale properly either.
Any suggestions on how I can remedy this?
(before anyone suggests compatibility mode; I tried this but I couldn't figure out how to set it for an app which has to be launched via Steam).
