but I don't want to enter dpp, its my choice
moreover now all dpp users have to revert back for Cyan update (problem will be solved by Microsoft in future or upcoming days), I love WINDOWS PHONE but I am not a developer type so it is that easy I don't want dpp on my phone

Nobody stops you from dpp!!!

You will get now if you are on dpp, if not then wait for OTA wp8.1 GDR1 update
