Sticky/filter keyboard

I have problem with sticky/filter keyboard in Windows 10.
I have unchecked the option in the settings and all is fine but after boot it's the same again :-(

Nope, didn't work :-(
Tried according to the video and also another video (for Windows 10): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-LHJ3l_xPA

After re-booting the computer it's sticky/filter keyboard again... urghh
