Still didn't get Denim update in my Lumia 1520

Hello , I have a Lumia 1520 and I'm still on the cyan version .. I don't understand why I still can't get the denim update or the windows 10 ... I keep checking the Phone Update in the setting , but it's telling me that's it's up to date ... I live in Egypt and i believe i once read that all the updates are now available ..... Anyone know how to fix it ?
