Still have the screen going black- HELP please!
Hp with a i5 processor, official windows 7 laptop, tried downloading AGAIN windows 10 and still having both main screens with all our icons on going black with only mouse cursor staying on screen. When on the net tool bar is not here- not really an issue though we usually have an icon bar at the bottom this is gone too! getting ready to delete the whole thing as been trying most of today to at least use the laptop for work from home.tried windows +X button suggested to no avail. Please has anyone got anymore suggestions?? Its becoming a joke and making me want to get rid of all microsoft product (inc phones and tablets for family). Very very unhappy! Anyone help?
