What is a good laptop that I can write on the screen to take notes

I am looking for a laptop/2-1 for my daughter who is going to college next year. She does not want a Surface pro 4 like the one I have. Does anyone know a good laptop with decent specs to last her a while where she can use one note and be able to write on the screen much like the surface pro 4? Thank you for all your help

I have this one, its fantastic. I haven't used it for writing notes on the screen but since its touchscreen, I imagine you can.
