Still No Sign Of Cyan for L620 dp 8.1

Hi,
There is no sign of "Cyan"
update for my lumia 620
(cv - UAE) running dev preview 8.1.
Everytime i
manually check for updates
, itshowing ur phone is up to date".
Any body else experiencing this
issue ? Or is it still blocked for
dev preview devices ?
Help me out Guyz !
