Hey,

in WP 8 it wasnt possible to send in WhatsApp Videos you recorded before or with another Video App.

Is it still like that in WP 8.1 oder does every Program has Access to Music Video and Image library?

there will be new video API , whatsapp can use them to enable video support when windows phone 8.1 rolls out.
