Does anyone have any insight as to when Windows Phone 8.1 will be rolling out to the general population in Canada? Or has it already and I have something wrong with my phone seeing the upgrade is available. I have an unlocked Samsung ATIV-S which was purchased under Telus and since then has been unlocked and now on the Bell network. Thanks.
