Stop Update Download?

Is there anyway to interupt or stop the update download process and begin a new scan for the Win10 update? My phone has been on 0% download of .107 for weeks now. I want to change to the slow ring to download the new update .164...

I'm not sure, but try to go to insider program and choose slow ring.
