Storage problem on Lumia 520

My settings app automatically occupied 970 MB of storage. How to clear it.

Try a soft reset by pressing volume down + lock button simultaneously until your phone restarts itself (your phone will vibrate ). If that does not resolve sadly hard reset is the last option.

Do you have many keyboard or speech languages?

No i don't have them installed. Anyways hard reset worked
