Store App do not work in windows 10 mobile

I am Microsoft 540 user I am using windows 10 mobile version in my device but my store didnt work I cannot install any app in my phone. Also i cannot update my existing apps. How can this problem would be solved

restart your phone and try again
check that date, time and region are correct
can you browse on your phone using the browser?
Check for OS updates
