store download err with 586

[Win10all]

640 xl dual sim: after hard and soft reset, still having issues download upgrade from store:
i have experiencing more errs from 10586 when download app update from the store. the typical err msg is 0x80F8006. previous with 10581, I could download /upgrade most of the apps. but now, I have 9 app update with err: extra & info, here maps, here drive+, network services, transfer my date, touch, lumia storyteller, montion date, etc
has anyone else has such issues?

Most of us have this problem and it's server related so there is nothing you can do to fix it except to wait for Microsoft to do so.
