Store error 0x80246008

I tried soft-reset on lumia 830 and it helps. My build is 10536.1004.
To perform that just press and hold for 10 seconds both down and power buttons, after 10 secs phone will vibrate for a while and reboot. Then try install/update again.
 
Lumia 930, soft-reset isn't helpful at all, as a matter of fact, it's kind usual with TP builds, the new store app is still slow and buggy, it happens randomly with some apps from time to time, I have now 7 apps on the list that can't be updated/installed and based on my personal experience with TP hard reset is the only way to fix such issues...
