Store issue

I open the store and i got this message What's the problem? :O (WP 8.1 DP 12400)

Thanks! But I changed my region back to Hungary (I from Hungary) and not work. The store work very fine on 520.

I ran into this problem a lot. Mostly with the Developers Preview and trying to install to the SD Card.
