Store issue

My store is asking to download over wifi even for a 40mb app. Is it happening to me or everybody else? If me only any solution how to fix it?

Same Wi-fi issue

I think they again reduced limit to 20MB

* Download that app using UC browser and install manually *

I don't think so. It happened to me before and I soft reset the phone. It worked at that time but now it isn't working for me.

It maybe a temporary store bug which is behind this problem.
As you already tried rebooting your phone(soft reset) , wait for next day
