Store Live Tile US only?

I still don't have the Store Live Tile after 2 days. I read somewhere I have to put my phone in US then change it back but that it would only work until it updates again.

Is this normal?

Yep, and than after a couple of days you discover that the lifetile whent dead again.
I gave up.
