Store Purchase App

Is anyone else unable to updated the "Store Purchase App"? I have been getting an error for quite some time and through quite a few builds on the Release Preview ring.

Is there anyway to fix this issue, besides a hard-reset? I play a lot of games on my phone and I don't want to have to start them all over.

In case it helps, the error code it gives me is 0x80070019.

as far as i know, the only way is to perform a hard reset.

Try making sure first that the app is saved into the device and not on an SD Card.
Also temporarily let apps save to Device.

see if it works.
