Stores: App already installed (But it's not really)

I uninstalled Facebook beta from my 1020 w10 TP with the intent of reinstalling it due to some issues I noticed. However, each time I trace the app at the store the store says the app is already installed. There's to option for downloading the app. I did a soft reset to no avail. Has anyone experienced the same issue"
