Use File Explorer (included in Win10) to move files around.
To move installed apps and even Maps, you want to use Storage, which is built into Windows 10.
Settings -> System -> Storage ->
Here, you'll see bar graphs representing the storage state of your internal and external storage (if you have a microSD card).
At the bottom you can set the default storage location for photos, videos, programs, downloads, and music. There is also a link to manage maps.
If you tap on a storage type, you can then tap on the type of data you want to manage and it'll tell you what to do. If you go to Apps & Games, you can then move apps from internal to external.
