Straight Talk and Bing Scout

Those of you using Straight Talk does the Bing Scout ever work for you? Mine never does and gives the message "We can't connect to Bing right now." Works just fine on WiFi, but that isn't always available.

No. It never works for me over cellular- only on WiFi. Not a big deal for me because Yelp works over cellular.

you can't enter in the proxy settings on the internet apn...for internet APN only enter:

APN: tfdata

Save it...

My phone doesn't work with the new apn settings. Only works with the att.mvno APN.

Something weird is going on with ST. I had those as my original settings on my 900. Switched to the 920 and those same settings worked for 1 day. Tried everything and ended up calling. They gave me the new information, and BAM!!! Back up and running as normal.

Tried the tfdata apn and was a no go, so I called them and talked to the tech, he said just to use the att.mvno with no proxy address or port, and now it works fine. I asked about the tfdata apn and he said that it was not setup for my account.
