Strange issue controlling cable box

So I have always had my TIme Warner Scientific Atlanta cable box attach to my Xbox One. The Xbox One has always had no problems controlling the cable box. I got home from work about an hour ago and told my xbox to turn on. Everything came on. I then told it to watch tv. It did that. I then told it to watch ESPN. Nothing. TBS? Nothing TNT? Nothing. For some reason, it will no longer change channels. The cable box works fine with its remote.

Any thoughts on why it would suddenly stop working? I tried to reprogram the xbox one with the cable box without luck.
