Strange network issues

I don't see a thread on this, but things are moving so fast.

Anyway, is anyone having problems with the internet on 8.1? I'm on 3G at the moment, good signal, guy next to me is on the same network with no issues.
IE will work fine to start off with. I'll go back to the home screen, lock the phone for a few minutes, open IE again, and I get "We can't display this page at the moment" error.
I can't then do anything on the network, no Store, no network in any apps.
Then I restart the phone, or put flight mode on then off again, and the network starts working fine again (until the next time, and it starts all over again).

​Anyone else experiencing this, or have a solution?

I feel ya, windows phones is using some weird way of talking to the internet because I cant even see its packets when I wireshark my own wifi network

I I've been experiencing the same with all the preview updates. Very annoying! I've sent some bug reports using the Diagnosis app, but so far no fix. I think when Cyan comes I'll do hard reset just in case.
