stuck at 0% again, anyone?

10, 10512
last time i try to upgrade to 10512 from 10166, it stuck too
so i went back to 8.1 to do it again, it worked.

but how come people can just upgrade and i have to go back to 8.1 again and again?
i dont want to go back to 8.1 again this time, any other way?

I am stuck for hours, too. If it does not work till the evening I am going back to 8.1. And then I will have a decision to make if I want to stay there.

i am thinking the same, if i have to go back to 8.1, i wont come back again, this bug is unacceptable for me, i try to stick with 10 as much as can even my emails are completely not working :/

They were worried we would have to go back to 8.1 with the update they pulled and it looks like we'll have to do it with this one anyway :)

I've been stuck since yesterday I've soft reset and everything still stuck. If it's still stuck when I get off work I'm going to try to hard reset.

last time i tried, if it is not working, hard reset still not gonna make it work, have to go back to 8.1 to do it :/

btw this time i waited for 12 hours and i got the first update done, now i am stuck at 0% with the 10536.1004 update lol

This is what Gabe suggests:

@Dilip712 @Jacob_W_Klein Force close Settings, open it and check progress again. Bug can cause it to stay at 0% even though downloading fine

Wow, another bug. I am back to 8.1, everything is working, imagine that :D If I miss the drama, I may install W10M again.

I did a hard reset on 10512 and ended up with half assed OS with Settings, Store, Edge and most of the other essentials missing. Could only phone and message. Essentially, my smartphone turned into a dumb phone. Then couldn't go back to 8.1 because of driver issues. Almost gave me a scare. Thought I bricked my phone. Finally, managed to flash it back to Denim.
