Stuck at 24 while updating to 10586.36 on my L730 for about 2 hours, how can I get past this?

Stuck at 24% while updating to 10586.36 on my L730 for about 2 hours

Once the entire download completed after 4 hours and then it was preparing to install and again suddenly I started to download from the beginning again....... now stuck at 24% !! Any solution ???
