Stuck at Nokia logo

So I just got this new Lumia 520, after playing it for 5 minutes there is an update prompt, then the phone restarted, it takes less then 3 minutes. However at the second update, it's been stuck at Nokia logo over an hour until now. What should I do? Please help. Sorry for bad english and thanks.

Try a soft reset, long press the lock and volume down key for at least 10 seconds

Did the trick, thanks! But there is another upgrade, should I choose install? Afraid of getting stuck again and the volume+lock wont work, or, is it always work to solve all problem in Nokia?

I think you can just upgrade without problems, and yes you can always use this key combination to reset your device when it crashes. (even when you can't turn it on it moslty helps)
