stuck in update / can't download new build

I can't seem to get past windows definition update. It's stuck at 0% and so I can't download the new build. Does anyone have same issue? Is there a workaround?

UPDATE

for everyone having same / can't find new build update issue. Seems like going to slow ring > restart > fast ring > restart and some patience is the resolution here
