Stuck on lock screen, keys do nothing

My monitor went blank & stopped responding, so I connected an old monitor – it shows the lock screen (photo background, date/time) but the mouse pointer stays at top-left (mouse is plugged in) pressing enter or ctrl+alt+del has no effect. Thanks for any help! Windows 11

Also the time is static at when I plugged it in
