Stuck on lock screen (Windows 10 Dell)

[Windows Central Question]

So actually I had a virus and looked up is to get rid of it.

Then I downloaded something to get rid of it and tried to do safe mode.

I did the msconfig thing clicked on network and clicked ok.

then it asked if I wanted to restart or restart the laptop.

So I restarted the computer and it lead me to the lock screen.

I then tried to connect to my wifi that does work and entered my 4 character long password.

And the wifi nor password work.

Please I need help Super urgently

I have no idea where you are? If you can't boot to windows, see if you can get into the advanced start up options by triggering Automatic Repair. If you need more help please start a thread on the forum

5. Access ‘Advanced startup’ by triggering ‘Automatic Repair’

If your PC isn’t loading Windows 10 and you don’t have the operating system installation files, you can use the following trick.

Start your computer and follow the POST, when Windows should begin loading, press the power button to shutdown your computer.

Repeat the previous step twice, and in the third restart the operating system should enter into the Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE), where a number of diagnostics will be performed to try fix any booting issues, but you will also get an option to access the Windows Startup Settings.
