Stuck on working on it. How can I get it to go any further?

stuck on "working on it"

When I click on "ok let's continue" I get the "working on it" with the dots going in a circle and does not go any further.

Welcome to Windows Central.

How long has this been on your screen? And what were you doing when this showed up? Were you already in Windows 10 or were you just starting to upgrade?

If you were just starting to upgrade, then let it stay for at least a couple of hours, probably overnight even.
