Sudden crash of Here Drive+, Here Maps and Maps

Hallo everybody;
I own a Lumia 625 (WP 8.1, Lumia Cyan) equipped with a 32 GB sd where I downloaded the maps.
I'm just facing a big trouble since today...After few problems in the morning while I was using Here Drive+ (once it crashed while I was driving and later it looked like it was not showing correctly the position), from the afternoon it's become impossible to use it (along with Here Maps and Maps)... when I launch these applications, after the title screen of the apps; immediately they got closed and I go back to the start screen.
Later with Maps I also faced some phone restart after I've tried to run it.
I also made 2 soft resets but nothing changed... is the hard reset the only possible angry solution?!? I would be really upset if I will have to make all the updates and to reinstall all the apps (and the maps) again...

Try uninstalling the app. Re-start phone, download app. That's all I can think of to do instead of/before hard reset. Hope it works.

I fixed mine by deleting and reinstalling the offline maps

thanks I will try do it... hoping it can work without the need to download again the maps (it would really take a lot)

I fixed mine by deleting and reinstalling the offline maps

well this is a problem 'cause I cannot access the maps now in order I can delete them (in fact the apps don't even start)... and I cannot even access them on the SD while I connect the phone on the pc (I think that for system security reason they are hidden and not reachable)

You don't have to have the apps running. Just go to settings, apps, maps or sth like this, where you can download, delete maps etc

the problems is that I cannot even open Maps (not Here Maps) or access them from the Settings menu, because it doesn't even start, unfortunately... in the weekend I will try to uninstal the apps and reinstall them... let's see what's happen

In the end I've been forced to apply the hard reset and reinstall everything... quite boring but it was the only way.
