Sudden problem: Gmail account sync producing error

I have had my Gmail account synched to my phone since I bought my Lumia 920 last November. No problems up until today.

Today, I linked my @live.com account to my inbox. Since then, my Gmail account has not imported any new mail and when I try to synch manually I get an error message:
"we're having a problem synching your information. Please try again later." error code 80C805E2

Anyone else experienced this problem?

My gmail kept getting caught in a sync cycle. Would never finish or load new messages and also KILLED my battery. Try deleting the account from the phone, restarting, and adding the account back. Fixed my problem and restored my battery life.

That appears to have worked. I'm curious tthough if others who have tried to create a linked inbox with Gmail and their hotmail/live/outlook account have encountered the same problem.

I have seen a few other syncing issues with Gmail. From the other threads I read deleting and adding it back was the fix for now. I haven't had any issues since I did it a few days ago.

I fixed all of my GMail issues by going to Outlook and having my gmail forwarded/fetched.
