Suddenly system memory increases in my Nokia 730 mobile which causes low space for the update.

I updated my Nokia 730 mobile to windows 10 two days back and it was working fine, now i got another update (10.0.14393.953) which eventually requires 623.65mb size. I have no other apps than default Microsoft apps in my phone memory with total size of 1.13GB (but I checked in Apps size it was only 592MB(all apps combined) where it shows 1.13Gb in overall size in storage) and system memory has suddenly increased to 5.39GB which happened today morning(at first it was around 4.5GB only). Now I can't able to update to above version due to storage space issue.
Is there any solution for this?

Factory reset is the solution but it is of temporary nature in future the same issue u ll face .it leads to data loss so before factory reset backup ur data i.e., contacts msgs videos pics etc.
I'm also using Lumia 730 and same problem I m facing. Yet not factory reset.

At first I did update my phone form Windows8.1 (but not sure of exact version number) to windows 10.0.10586.107 (which is current version of my phone)

Since Factory Reset is hardware reset is there any kind of software reset which i can check.

Phone Update store in system section of phone.you will need at least 1.5gb storage to install the update

This Device : Out OF 7.28GB 6.98GB was used

In that system memory was 5.40GB and APPS Memory was 1.18GB where there is no third party apps here only Microsoft default apps which I cant move either to SD card or uninstall those apps.

But after updating to windows 10(10.0.10586.107 ) at first I had a space of around 1.5 GB +. Later I noticed there is update for my mobile with version (10.0.14393.953), so I planned to download it. Clean temporary file and restart phone then check

System should be around 3/4 gb. Hard reset is the only way to get it down

But I never got 3/4 GB system reserved memory in any of the last two version of my phone.....If I do hard reset what will be my after mobile os version..Will it be the starting version of my phone windows 8.1 or current version of windows 10.

Thanks a lot all...I updated my mobile successfully ...The space issue solved automatically.. somehow I had enough space for update and now I had enough space after update.Only regret is I cant able to install Whatsapp and Facebook which needs 2GB ram to run..apart from few apps windows phone was best among smartphones.

My 640 has 1GB and whatsapp works fine :/
