System & reserved storage uses over 70% Phone space

After downloading GTA SA on phone storage,it was downloading game content,suddenly I got storage warning ⚠,after my system storage went from approximately from 3.5 to 4.33 GB ,apps are using only 2.76 GB ,now I can't update phone less than 40 mb space left,also all apps 2.76 GB are system apps I can't modify or delete. I think GTA downloaded content saved in system folder after moving game to SD storage is almost same ... I tried to access system folder but nothing.I don't want reset phone ,I have Lumia 640 XL 8 GB.Any idea how to open system without root? Or fix this?

Maybe you can use a sd card? To expand storage

But to clear all that used space, a reset will be necessary

Resetting will erase some apps that can't be moved to SD ,I must access system root folder and erase data that saved during game download.
