I've had this suggestion for the longest time and even Apple beat Microsoft to it in iOS8 to some degree. I've only just posted it on on user voice and wondering what others think about it?
It should be able to reply to text or even whatsapp messages via PC, perhaps be able to view phone screen as an option on the PC and be able to type or interact with things while its in my pocket. It also needs to show me any notifications that my phone has on my PC also. Perhaps this can integrate this with the current notifications in windows (and link to the respective universal app on windows?).
It also should be able to make and receive calls via PCs mike and speakers.
Id prefer it all to happen via bluetooth if i'm on the go but perhaps switch to the faster wifi if they are both connected.
