surface 2 pro: after bluescreen and restart only bios available

Hello, who can help me? My surface pro with windows 10, newest fastring build, makes problems. after starting the surface it rans directly in the bluescreen and restarts with the bios. No way out seems possible, it starts always with the bios. What can I do?
