Surface 2 Will not Start

My Surface 2 is One Year Old, it will not Start it Displays Screen Reading "Preparing Automatic Repair" and a little circle of Dots Whizzes round. It has been like this for 5 Weeks During the first couple of Weeks it went into a Blue Screen and the Message was Your computer has encountered Difficulties and we are fixing them. It even started once or twice but as soon as soon as I tried to look for a fix it through me out!! I have tried Switching ON then OF for Hours and NOTHING!! I am pretty unimpressed with the Surface which was quite expensive in Thailand where I live and even more disappointed by the total lack of Help from Microsoft!!!
